  • Fair question. I’ve been in communications and marketing for over 25 years, mostly in nonprofit leadership, where I had to learn everything the hard way — trial, error, and a lot of late nights.

  • Totally. When I started, I wasn’t tech-savvy at all — I had to learn everything from scratch. I use platforms like Squarespace that are intuitive and easy to manage. I’ll teach you the basics so you feel comfortable.

    And if you’d rather not touch it, I can help with ongoing updates so you can stay focused on running your business.

  • Nope. We’ll start with a project and a clear proposal. Once that’s done, you can decide if you want to keep working together. Some clients choose to set up a retainer so I can keep supporting them year-round, but that’s totally optional. No pressure, no traps.

  • That’s what drafts are for. My process is collaborative — I listen, I refine, and we go back and forth until it feels right. Sometimes it takes a few tries to break out of old ways of talking about your business, but my goal is to sharpen what you already have, not to erase it. In the end, you’ll have messaging and a website that feel true to you and clear to your customers.

  • AI is an awesome tool, and I use it myself. But here’s the thing: AI can give you a direction, it can’t walk the path for you.
